It’s a household name in the Canadian crypto space, but WonderFi Technologies (WonderFi Technologies Stock Quote, Chart, News, Analysts, Financials TSX:WNDR) has its sites firmly set on the global market.
Dean Skurka, WonderFi’s CEO, sat down with Amber Mac at the Cantech Letter Investment Conference in Toronto on October 9 to talk about the company’s ambitions.
“With our business in Canada, we’re focused on continuing to offer additional products and services to our user base,” Skurka said. “With over $1.35-billion of assets on our platforms we think there’s a really strong opportunity to cater to our audience, who are generally younger and generating wealth for the first time. The additional products and services that we have lined up for 2025 will really allow them to grow and manage their wealth. Beyond Canada, we are focused on growing our presence in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. We are focused on not only the spot markets that we currently service, but expanding our offerings to include derivatives and margin offerings and treasury management services within the Asia-Pacific region as well. When you think about WonderFi in 20025 you will think about the growing presence that we have as a leader in the Canadian markets and our international efforts starting to show a real presence.”
